One of the most cherished aspects of S.I.S. is our health & wellness program. Research shows that despite their incredible strength; urban Black women often lack access to culturally relevant wellness resources that address their holistic needs. Our mission is to join the fight against obesity, stress related illnesses
and to become a healthier community by prioritizing our overall well-being. From losing weight and eating healthier to getting stronger and lowering stress, we host many different community events for adults and youth to help. These events promote community involvement and foster a sense of collective accountability. It is never too late to start your fitness and wellness journey!

Join us for a unique class where faith, fellowship, and fitness come together. We'll focus on gentle stretches and movements that are specifically beneficial for our bodies—improving flexibility, relieving tension, and helping you feel more mobile and energized. This isn't about being perfect; it's about prioritizing your self-care and honoring the body you've been given.
