One of the most cherished aspects of S.I.S. is our wellness programs -designed to uplift and support women on their journey to holistic well-being. This empowering program offers a safe and supportive space for women/moms to recharge, rejuvenate, and prioritize their own physical and mental health. Through a blend of mindfulness practices, fitness routines, stress management techniques, and community-building activities, our wellness program fosters a nurturing environment where women can discover their strength, cultivate self-love, and prioritize their health in unity. Join us to embrace empowerment, celebrate resilience, and find strength in sisterhood as we cultivate wellness and strive for balance and vitality in our lives.
In collaboration with our community partners in wellness, we bring women & families together in the city for wellness & self-care experiences that help them get and stay active, as well as receive and reciprocate support to others as they cultivate their personal wellness and fitness journeys.
Join our exclusive walk and talk group and help us fight obesity in a fun, fit and active way all while surrounded by the empowering vibes of our incredible community. Whether you're a beginner or aiming to take your fitness to the next level, our walk group welcome everyone!
SIS TALK is a monthly support session created to be a safe & therapeutic space for WOC that support healing, honor courage and promote growth. Women can lean on each other during challenging times, share each other's successes, and offer guidance based on their own experiences. Come as you are!
Empowering women from different walks of life, our themed wellness escapes aims to support the healing of women and families by providing affordable and free wellness escapes and travel experiences as well as mental health, healing, fitness and nutrition resources. Together, we heal, we thrive and we grow!
Participants will experience enhanced physical well-being through increased awareness of nutrition and fitness. This may lead to weight management, increased energy levels, and a reduction in stress-related health issues.
Women will develop better coping strategies for managing stress and anxiety, resulting in improved mental health. This outcome can manifest as reduced feelings of overwhelm, increased resilience, and a greater sense of overall happiness.
Participants will cultivate meaningful relationships with other women, fostering a supportive network that encourages accountability and shared experiences. This sense of community can lead to lasting friendships and ongoing support beyond the program.
Through workshops and personal development activities, women will gain confidence in their ability to make healthier choices and advocate for their own wellness. This empowerment can translate into other areas of their lives, such as career advancement and personal relationships.
