Empowering Women, Strengthening Communities

Our wellness initiatives are designed to help women prioritize their personal healing & well-being. Our holistic approach includes fitness classes, mental health, and nutrition resources as well as sister support, wellness retreats and financial wellness workshops. 

EmpowerHER Girlz Mentorship Program is aimed at young women and girls (ages 6-17). This program equips them with essential support for life skills, self-confidence, career and personal development. From etiquette training, and mentorship to college tours we got our little sisters covered. 

We are providing empowering classes/workshops to help guide single moms to financial independence, wealth building and empowered futures for themselves and their children. Our holistic approach includes support and connections to vital community resources—ensuring that every woman we serve has the foundation to thrive.
